The Office Administrator oversees the daily operations of the office, including reception responsibilities, maintaining office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office is well-organized, answering phones, greeting visitors and providing administrative support for the Denver office.
Primary Responsibilities
- Reception duties including answering phones, greeting visitors, maintaining visitor passes and guest logbook
- Interface with a wide variety of people, both internal and external to the Company; answer questions or refer inquiries as necessary
- Perform general administrative duties including updating documents, mailing documents and filing
- Manage the ordering and delivery of office supplies, office furniture and kitchen inventory
- Represent the Company in a professional manner
- Assist with company communications and intranet updates
- Schedule meetings and events, book conference rooms and order meals
- Coordinate office maintenance and repair work
- Coordinate office support services, including facilities management and office vendors
- Coordinate with building management regarding daily operations as well as emergency response
- Maintain office equipment (copiers, printers, faxes, phone system, postage machine)

- Manage building parking for employees

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Reservoir Engineering Technician to support our engineering team with reserves management, economic analysis, and technical data reporting. Primary Responsibilities

- Maintain and update the Aries reserves database, including hierarchy and change tracking
- Extract, analyze, and validate data for reserve calculations and reporting
- Prepare internal and external reserve reports, work with banks and third-party auditors
- Generate summary reports at reservoir, field, and asset levels
- Identify and implement process improvements in reserves workflows
- Assist with economic evaluations for budgeting, acquisitions, and portfolio management
- Perform quality control on data, including monthly and daily production, interests, etc.
- Integrate new assets into Aries
- Compile and analyze technical and financial data from internal and third-party sources

Education and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or quantitative field (e.g., Math, Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance), or equivalent practical experience through work, training, or self-directed learning
- 5+ years of relevant experience, or a demonstrated ability to perform the responsibilities through a combination of professional, academic, volunteer, or other applicable experiences

BARNHART, TEXAS
Discovery Natural Resources LLC is a domestic, onshore exploration and production company with over 1,000 wells in operation in Texas.
Under the direction of the Production Foreman, the Lease Operator is responsible for the daily operation of all producing wells on the assigned route. Responsible for maximizing the daily production for all wells and for daily reporting of the production in the eVIN system. Also performs minor maintenance on production equipment. Ensures all work is performed in compliance with Company policies and procedures including environmental, health and safety standards. Works directly with other members of the asset team to insure that Company goals are met. Effectiveness is measured by meeting production goals, reduced operating costs, and/or improved safety for the Company and its employees. May frequently work variable days off schedule.
Primary Responsibilities
- Obtain gas charts/meter readings, wellhead pressures and gauge oil and water tanks accurately. Call in oil and water loads needing hauled to Discovery’s Area Office.
- Accurately input production data into the eVIN system daily.
- Diagnosis production problems including, but not limited to, tubing leak, rod part, bad pump, and gas lock.
- Report findings to the Production/Assistant Foreman.
- Perform minor maintenance to production equipment including, but not limited to, heater treaters, separators, engines, pumping units, electric panels and oil and water test meters.
- Recycle oil tanks to maintain saleable oil.
- Monitor chemical/soap pumps for the required amount of chemical/soap injected. Order chemical/soap/soap sticks through the Production/Assistant Foreman or Lead Lease Operator.
- Change gas charts on the assigned route as scheduled. Report all gas meter problems such as pens not marking, pens not zeroing, pens not arcing correctly, necessary plate changes, blank screen, daily production numbers repeating, etc to the Pipeline Tech.
- Read and record data in eVIN for plunger equipped wells including cycles per day, cycle times for on and off time, afterflow time setting, plunger arrivals per day, plunger run time, hours on and hours off.
- Adjust plunger cycles or pumping unit run time to maximize production.
- Inspect plungers monthly for wear and replacement.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Company including environmental, health and safety standards.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma, GED, or a minimum of 4 years industry experience required.
- At least 3 years pumping experience
Physical Requirements
- Ability to climb stairs, as required on 10, 15, 20 & 25 foot production tanks.
- Ability to lift 55 lbs 3 feet above ground level.
- Possible exposure to numerous oil field chemicals, including but not limited to soap, methanol, paraffin inhibitor and scale inhibitor.
- Ability to work with pumping units which may be 15 to 20 feet above ground.
- Periodic exposure to all types of weather conditions for long periods of time.
- Ability to hear over loud background noises.
- Ability to regularly work in a dangerous and fast-paced environment.

Involved in all aspects of Water Management that includes operation and maintenance of fresh and recycle water pits, pumps, transfer lines, and wells to provide uninterrupted water supply for drill outs, FRACs, and completions. In addition will be responsible for SWD facility operation, maintenance and repair. Follows regulatory compliance standards, maintains accurate records, and supports all company-related policies.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintains equipment and fluid levels to ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental agencies and reports any issues to management immediately.
- Monitors and controls pit levels to assure drilling, completions, and FRACs have adequate water to optimize their operations.
- Performs maintenance on all water transfer equipment and infrastructure to maximize reliability.
- Manages water haul tickets to and from SWDs for water balancing.
- Cleans out SWD strainer and filter baskets on the pumps.
- Monitors drivers for proper procedures and the use of personal protection equipment.
- Ensures no hazardous materials are put into the disposal well or into fresh or recycle water pits.
- Checks fluid levels of each tank and pit and sets switches for maximum levels.
- Monitors, collects and sells skim oil.
- Troubleshoots SWD injection facilities and water transfer stations and equipment.
- Works with stored energy and pressures.

The Chemical Field Specialist role involves managing chemical-related issues, maintaining chemical equipment, and ensuring optimal chemical usage in production and completion processes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Models and communicates Discovery’s core values and safe work expectations to all vendors working in the field.
- Follows and supports all Discovery HSE policies.
- Serve as the field operations point of contact for all chemical-related issues, liaising between chemical vendors and Discovery.
- Address and resolve chemical-related issues or direct them to the appropriate personnel at Discovery.
- Manage all production chemical processes, including repair and installation of chemical pumps.
- Maintain inventory of parts, new pumps, and track data on pump repairs.

The Compression Technician will perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs on company-owned compression packages and other equipment as required. This role provides feedback for the development of operating practices and forecasts for parts and materials for assigned units, while cultivating a culture that is selfless, accountable, and never settling. The technician may also assist in other field activities as needed.
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure routine maintenance plans are followed to minimize downtime on all assigned equipment.

- Maintain run time of natural gas compression units at or above 98%.
- Accurately gather and document data for reports critical to unit operations.
- Oversee and participate in the installation of new compression packages.
- Ensure critical spares are maintained in inventory.
