Operations

Discovery’s current focus is on the acquisition, development and exploration of high-quality oil and gas properties in the Permian Basin. As of January 1, 2024, Discovery operates over 1,300 producing wells on approximately 145,000 net acres in Reagan, Irion, Glasscock, and Crockett Counties. Discovery is focused on developing its asset with an active drilling program and continues to enhance well results through technological initiatives. As of September 30, 2023, Discovery has daily production of approximately 35,000 Boe/d. Additionally, Discovery owns and operates approximately 28 miles of large diameter poly pipelines for gathering oil, gas, and water, and approximately 40 miles of pipeline for water transfer.
