We are seeking a highly experienced, multidisciplined Land Manager with proven expertise in mineral land, surface land, land administration, owner relations, and business development. This leader will oversee Discovery’s activities in these areas, ensuring operational excellence, strategic growth, and active mentorship of the Land and Land Admin teams.
The Land Manager will direct and oversee all land-related activities to support the Company’s operational, development, and corporate growth goals. This role provides leadership to the Land Department, ensures consistency and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, manages the departmental budget, and plays a key part in acquisitions, divestitures, and field development activities.

This role focuses on maximizing daily production, operate SWD systems, performing routine equipment maintenance, and accurately reporting production data using systems such as SCADA, Field Operator, and Carte. The Lease Operator plays a key role in achieving company goals related to production optimization, cost control, regulatory compliance, and safety performance, while fostering a culture that is selfless, accountable, and never settling.
Majority of work will be outdoors under variable weather conditions. May require occasional lifting of heavy objects. Physical ability to perform routine maintenance on oil and gas wells as required.

Under supervision of the Measurement Foreman, the Measurement Technician is responsible for a variety of tasks involved in troubleshooting, testing, maintaining, installing, repairing, and operating various natural gas and crude oil flow measurement equipment and devices. Responsible for operation and maintenance of flow computers, measurement software, and communication devices. Follows industry and regulatory compliance standards, makes repairs, maintains accurate records, and follows all company-related policies.

Reporting to the Construction Foreman, the Construction Lead is responsible for providing hands-on field leadership for field facility and pipeline construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on or ahead of schedule. This leadership role directly leads and coordinates construction crews and consultants, collaborates with D&C, Engineering, and Production Operations, and drives cost-effective project execution. The Lead assists in budget development, owns day-to-day project execution, and does so within budget while cultivating a culture that is selfless, accountable, and never settling.
